Saim, Trabzon's dealer-wheeler no. 1 and owner of the London Palas hotel where I stayed, preparing Havze fish for me, a local specialty ("Only in Trabzon! Forget about eating this fish in Istanbul!"). In addition to the fish, we shared memorable moments in front of the World Cup TV screen (among others, the German and Turkish victories in the 1/8 finals).
